| What if this situation is not a world economic crisis, but rather it is an economic transition?! What if it is not just a loss or death of life as we have known it, but rather it is a transition or birth of something new?! What if the thought of losing everything actually transitions into gaining everything?! Is that possible?! Of course it is and in fact, this crisis is signaling the emergence of a new way of life. Now for many of us, this is not a new way of life at all. This is the life we have been building for some time now. This is why we have the spiritual ideals, the spiritual tools and the spiritual foundation in place – to be able to handle these changing crisis filled times. Last year, remember how we worked so beautifully to lay down a foundation upon which we create this next sequence of life experience? Well, thank goodness eh? Here we are. We need that foundation! And we want to keep strengthening it and expanding it. As we do this, we know the Universe rushes in to support our efforts. This is what we are up to for the May, Crestone Retreat. We will strengthen and expand our spiritual foundations, deepen the awareness that we are in a giant transition (in all of its many forms) and receive guidance as to how to chart a course and navigate this transition. This is the general theme of the Retreat and of course you know, we will end up touching upon a thousand other topics along the way. In the meantime, it is NOT useful to listen and believe everything we hear in the news or even what everyone is talking about. Yes, there are issues and we must be responsible in how we handle these issues in regards to our own lives. But we see so much reaction to the perceived crisis. Freezing. Contracting into the pain of loss and suffering. Stopping. Waiting. Wait until this clears, wait and see. I can't do this, I can't do that. We are hearing and seeing so much of this kind of reaction. Then the sensitives, like all of us, pick up the energy, think it is us personally, feel out of sorts and feel like we should freeze, wait and contract too! NOT. Isn't it interesting that 2 waves of energy are always beside each other in the news and on everyone's lips ---"it is a crisis" and "the hope of the world." We want to remember as planetary transition team members that our job is to----handle it all, balance it all, identify with true reality, keep creating, redefine, stay awake and aware, and allow the transition. It is a good thing. Yea, as you can see, we'll be having some more fun at the Retreat. Living in infinite possibilities. Coming to Crestone, Colorado is a unique experience. This multicultural community is nestled in the heart of the sacred Sangre de Cristo (Blood of Christ) mountains. The Utes called the San Luis Valley, the "Bloodless Valley" because they considered this land too sacred for bloodshed and often sent their shamans to Crestone for study, training and vision quest. Crestone has called people to its holy grounds for centuries, for spiritual renewal and expansion, as indicated by the many spiritual centers located here, and for personal challenge, as evidenced by the many trails accessing the 14,000 foot peaks.
