Chris Hancock, LCSW, ACMHP of Therapy Outside the Box in Brentwood, TN brings his Facilitated Mystical Experience to Cosmic. This Multidimensional Divine Light Transmission® (MDLT) is his signature spiritual experience and is NOT therapy nor part of his therapy practice.

Chris is a licensed clinical social worker, licensed to practice psychotherapy in Tennessee. He received a BA in English from Clark University (1992) and a MSW from New York University (2000) and opened his own private practice in 2007.
In addition to a post-pandemic home-based and telehealth practice, Chris provides clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists and consultation to other experienced therapists. For several years he was a conference/supervision facilitator for the American Center for the Integration of Spiritually Transformative Experiences (ACISTE) of which he is a Certified Mental Health Provider (ACMHP) where he received training to assist individuals with integrating STEs (Spiritually Transformative Experiences). He is a provider for the Foundation for Excellence in Mental Health Care (FEMC), the Psychedelic Support Network, and the Spiritual Emergence Network (SEN). Chris is a member of the Association for Spiritual Integrity, the International Association for Near-Death Studies, Inc (IANDS), the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP), the Consciousness and Healing Initiative (CHI), the Galactic Alliance, and the Organization for Paranormal Understanding and Support (OPUS). And for several years he served as voluntary therapist for a local chapter of Starborn Support, an organization for experiencers of non-human intelligence contact and other non-ordinary/anomalous phenomenon.
Originally from Long Island he moved to Nashville just after 9-11. He lives with his wife (an artist, empath, incredible mom, family CEO, my grounding & guiding light), two sweet girls gifted through adoption, and two endlessly shedding dogs.

Things to know:..
-Payment is due and processed at time of booking.-For Zoom Sessions: Customer logs into zoom link at the start their appointment time. Zoom links are included in your confirmation and reminder emails.
-Start time of appointments and classes changes automatically to match the time zone you select during the scheduling process.
-Our booking calendar uses PayPal as the payment method. Check out as a "guest" with PayPal or checkout using your PayPal account.
-Please honor the time of the readers and service providers, only one person per scheduled appointment.

Full refunds are provided for appointments canceled 24 hours in advance for all appointments types except Astrology readings which require 72 hours notice due to the time spent preparing your chart.
If you cancel without proper notice or miss your appointment, your payment is forfeited and the reader will still be paid. (If we are able to fill the appointment slot then you will be refunded.)
