Refund policy

Disclaimer to the scent-sensitive: Your order will ship directly from Cosmic's very aromatic retail environment. Items purchased from us will most likely have that Cosmic aroma which many wish they could bottle but might be too much for scent-sensitive individuals.

 

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us! We offer a 30-day return window from the time of your order's delivery. If it's been more than 30 days, partial refunds will be issued to a Cosmic Gift Card.  Instructions for the return will be emailed to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Packaged products must be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Clearance items, gift cards, ear candles, open or used products including but not limited to: essential oils, tarot/oracle decks, candles, and soaps cannot be returned. 


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.


Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund within 7 days of returning an item, first check your Cosmic account to see the return's status as well as the bank or credit card account used for the transaction.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@yourcosmicconnections.com and including tracking information for the returned item.

Clearance and Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance and sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@yourcosmicconnections.com so we can send you return instructions. Please provide pictures of the damages including the product and shipping box if visibly damaged.

Return Shipping
We will email you a return label. Please keep your packaging to return your item.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
