Shipping policy

- Free (USPS First Class) shipping on orders over $75. Estimated delivery of 1-4 days once shipped. USPS does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. (Account creation NOT required.)

- We ship to the continental U.S. only at this time.

Orders ship Monday-Saturday via USPS unless a UPS service is selected. Most orders ship within 24 hours or the next available business day. 

Unavailable items: we will notify you and provide options if any item on your order is out of stock at the time your order is processed

Order cancellation - Reply to your order confirmation or email orders@yourcosmicconnections.com if you need to cancel or change your order. We will try to make changes before the order is processed, however, we can not make guarantees.

-USPS does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. 

You may want to select UPS if your package is time-sensitive. Review UPS's Ground Transit Map below and add one day for processing time to estimate arrival.

  

Local Pick-up at 2117 8th Ave S. Nashville, TN 37204 - Typically ready within 1-hour. Available during regular store hours. You will be emailed/texted (dependent on the information provided at checkout) when your order is ready for pick-up.
