200-Hour Inclusive Yoga Teacher Training
Gentle, Inclusive Yoga and Sacred Movement for Every Body
with Bertena:
"I did not begin yoga as a young, flexible, confident person. I found yoga in my forties while living with multiple health challenges. I was insecure, deeply self-conscious, and unsure whether my body belonged in a yoga studio. I could not do many of the poses I saw others doing, and I often carried a quiet sense of shame about everything my body could not do. Still, something within me kept returning to the practice."

The Yoga Teacher Path
This pathway is for students who want to complete the requirements to teach yoga professionally. You will learn how to plan and lead safe, welcoming, accessible yoga classes while developing your own authentic teaching voice.
The Personal and Spiritual Path
This pathway is for students who want the knowledge, experience, and personal transformation of yoga teacher training without the intention of teaching professionally.

This Training May Be for You If…
~You have wanted to become a yoga teacher but wondered whether you were flexible, healthy, young, or experienced enough.
~You want to learn how to make yoga more accessible to different bodies and abilities.
~You are drawn to gentle, chair, restorative, Yin, somatic, or spiritually centered yoga.
~You want to deepen your personal practice, even if you do not plan to teach.
~You want to understand yoga as a complete way of living—not simply a series of poses.
~You feel called to help others reconnect with their bodies in a compassionate and empowering way.

I am Bertena , and I believe your spiritual path should help you hear yourself more clearly—not make you feel as though you are failing another set of rules.
My work brings together education, spiritual coaching, Divine Feminine wisdom, intuitive development, Reiki and energy work, tarot and oracle reading, meditation, somatic awareness, and accessible yoga. I especially enjoy supporting women who are entering a new season of life, reconnecting with their intuition, exploring their spiritual gifts, or searching for practices that honor their bodies and real lives.
